Nutritious, locally-sourced vegan meals

The Elegant Earth Camp has created the food following offering with the offer to cater to as many gathering participants as possible:

• Nutritious and delicious vegan meals for up to 130 people, prepared by chefs Roy & Erez (Instagram) See example menu below (not actual menu).
• 12 meals total – meal schedule:
  14th: 1 meal – Dinner
  15th & 16th & 17th: 3 meals – Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
  18th: Breakfast and Lunch
• Both chefs are local – neighbors to our lovely host from Skanking Farmers, actually. Such are the  ingredients they will be using – we want our event to leave a positive local footprint behind.

The food package for the whole event is 125€ per person (12 full meals + snacks), which covers the cost of meal ingredients and preparation. The Elegant Earth Team is not making a profit here – we volunteer our time & energy to organize this offer to the Gathering of Tribes community.

Please understand that meals for 130 people is the maximum capacity of the kitchen space, while we would love to extend the offering to more people – it’s just not possible.

Please understand that the form below will not directly confirm your booking – it only starts the booking process. In order to stay fair we have decided to operate the booking under a “First Come – First Serve” principle. We expect the interest in this offer to exceed kitchen capacity plus the chefs need 10 days of preparation time, after which we can’t accept any new bookings.
