This is our invitation to pioneer what ‘Love in Action’ is all about:
We have a blank canvas, and together we can visualise, define and organise an experience beyond our individual imagination. A beautiful New Earth bubble ; a new type of energy for us to bathe in for days.
Imagine 5 days out in nature with your best friends; except this time it’s your Soul Family :-). Bringing all your favourite tools and attributes, and doing exactly as you feel inspired to, all day. Music, play, dance, conversation, sun, relaxation, learning, expression, inspiration. Sharing our superpowers, enjoying all the things money can’t buy.
Surrounded by warm like-minded souls who are also action takers and New Earth co-creators. A sea of synergy and synchronicity.
What To Expect
The Gathering of Tribes’ main organizer offers land, water and sanitation. All other attributes and accommodation are organized by the individual camps. Aside from a set of guiding principles (as described on the main event page) there are no rules and it is up to the camps and its participants to shape this event.
As such, participants of Camp Gaianet will be asked to:
• Contribute financially to cover our tribe’s shared costs
• Contribute energy by participating in one or more of the camp’s sub-teams (logistics, communication, finances, decoration, food and water, workshops & experiences, music)
• Share their gifts or talents.
We expect anywhere between 15 and 50 mission- and value-aligned beings at our camp. Imagine the magic in sharing a loving space together for 5 days! Note: Gaianet doesn’t play an official role; Consider our tribe a group of friends who met through Gaianet and joined the Gathering together.
The Coordination Team as Space Holders
This is the first ever edition of this event, which means there is a lot to figure out and organize. Five dedicated Gaians formed a Coordination Team and have been working hard over the past months to make Camp Gaianet possible. Their goal is to make it as simple as possible for you to join by:
- Collecting & sharing relevant information;
- Organizing the camp’s participants;
- Coordinating finances and materials.
Workshops, Sessions & Performances
Besides offering a space to be, relax and connect, several camp members will offer one or more sessions. The sessions and workshop facilitators are yet to be confirmed, but these are some examples of topics which will most likely be covered:
- Gaianet Vision & Earth Regeneration
- Radical intimacy
- Playfight
- Discover your talents
- Ecstatic Dance
- Daily guided morning practices
- (intentional breathing, movement, yoga)
- Open Mic
- Spontaneous fun & Play
We Create Soul Spaces
One of Gaianet’s main strengths is to create “Soul Spaces”. Safe spaces (lots of feminine energy) where the soul can express itself and be heard. This means that at the Gathering of Tribes, Camp Gaianet offers a chill, safe, loving integration space. A place of intimacy and meaningful conversations, of conscious workshops co-created by participants, and most of all: a welcoming space to be, relax, laugh, play, enjoy music and flow.
Money, Gifts & other Energy Exchanges

We Co-Create this experience together
Remember: this is not an organized event. We are a group of friends getting together to spend five days on a land without facilities. Hence some things are not yet clear, such as the cost of renting a main tent, sound system, lights, furniture, etc. It is up to us all to co-create the camp, and contributions in the form of goods and services can help reduce the overall cost of participation. (see below)

Camp Gift Contribution
Keeping in the spirit of New Earth economies, we want to exercise the power of community, develop intimacy and deepen relationships through the principles of Gift Economies.
€222 is the initial Gift, which will cover the bare essentials, including your ticket price and a contribution towards the camps’ basic structures. On top of this we need: decoration, sound system, flooring, cushions, fridge, etc to pimp up the camp.
If you are in a position to Gift more on top of the initial contribution, you can do so when you register. Maybe you or someone you know can supply some of the materials the camp needs.
In the light of transparency, feel free to review the camp’s initial financial budget sheet. For any questions, don’t hesitate to reach us.

Accommodation
During your stay you can choose to:
1. Bring your own tent or van (€0)
2. Request a glamping spot to be prepared for you. The approximate investment will be €100 for the five days.
This price is for the first ~15 participants. After that, we will have to arrange additional glamping options that might involve different pricing.

Food
The food situation is still to be confirmed. Currently there are three options:
1. Meals will be offered centrally by the main organization, for an estimated maximum of €30/day/person.
2. Bring your own food.
3. If someone feels called to initiate, we can collectively organize food with the camp.
NOTE: we can not use fire on the venue so if you/we bring food, cold food is suggested.

Payment
To get started, each participant gifts €222 to get the ball rolling..
NOTE: We want the Gaianet camp to be accessible to anyone who feels called to be there. If your financial capacity limits your ability to participate, please indicate in the registration form so we can find a way that feels right.
